Recognize, Intend, Awaken And Activate

Yoga!!!! Followed by different Indian philosophical and religious traditions and this millenniums trend , has now been inspiring people all over the world.

Digital Yoga is something we are seeing a lot these days. Technology is not always bad If used with learning motive, Instagram & YouTube being one of those technologies.
Recently I participated in a 10 day yoga challenge at the say of my best friend, at first with the motive of posting my pictures in the yoga poses, but by the end of it, the amount of feedback and appreciations I received, it totally inspired me to get better and more flexible and even inspired a lot of people around me to make yoga part of their daily routine.

Yoga is not only about your physical transformation but your mental stability along with the lines of your body postures.

In this blog, I thought I’ll Summarise what all I learn on the way of my yoga routines following the YouTube channel.

Recognise ~ a word which has become a mandate for one’s peace and calmness in this fast and furious world. We are struggling to recognise ourselves and what would feel good at a particular moment. The first yoga session taught me to recognise my breath and it’s quality. Reminded me how willing I am to show up for myself, the part where we struggle the most.

Recognising one’s inner self and that too the TRUE self is very important.

Intend ~ Once we are in a position to recognise our inner self, we have the power to cultivate and amplify the things we intend to see. Our thoughts and words matter the most , this only forms the good intentions. And ultimately this guides us to choose the best version of yourself. We will be amazed to see what miracles a peaceful mind can do, and on the other hand a mind at bay can destroy the whole world around itself.
I am definitely going to spend sometime to cultivate my intentions.

Activate & Awaken ~ These two aspects go hand in hand. You need to be activated to awaken your inner self and soul ; mind and body. It might seem very technical but once you Understand the ways you can activate your mind and thoughts to be of best intentions, you can easily awaken yourself to follow the good in you. As we say, charity begins at home, so does the good intentions and habits. 

Learn, Teach and Flourish! Get up on your yoga mats and treat yourself with the calmness you’ll get after.
